Just For Teachers: Field Trip- Bi-Lo Food Detectives Food Program

BI-LO is launching a new and innovative free field trip initiative chain wide called the BI-LO Food Detectives Program, which is focused on helping children make healthy eating choices. Throughout the experience, children will participate in engaging activities that help them learn about the power of produce, the principles of the USDA’s MyPlate initiative, understanding shelf and nutrition labeling and how whole grains, vitamins and minerals benefit the body.

Since grocery stores are the primary source for all food needs and one of the most visited destinations in American life, BI-LO believes it is the perfect opportunity to educate children to make the choice to eat right for their personal health and wellness.

Just For Teachers: Free Field Trip: Sign Up Your Class For A Field Trip to the Apple Store

How cool would a field trip to the Apple Store be? Way cooler than a trip to the local kite flying school that we took when we were kids.

Our Store. Their time to shine.

Take your students — or your fellow teachers — on a Field Trip to an Apple Store for an unforgettable learning experience. Students can create something amazing right on the spot, or they can bring in projects they’ve already created and turn the store into their theater. Either way, everyone is certain to have a great time.
